"All of the top achievers I know are life-long learners... looking for new skills, insights, and ideas. If they're not learning, they're not growing... not moving toward excellence." - Denis Waitley, Author, keynote speaker, productivity consultant

Kaysun's Partners in Progress Program for Plastic Injection Molding Companies, Plastics Engineering and Plastics Design

Kaysun's Partners in Progress Program has been created with one objective:  To bring together talent, expertise and experience from various industries to stimulate innovative thinking about product design and manufacturing to drive progress.

Certainly, these times are challenging, but at Kaysun we see opportunity.  We see the opportunity to create progress working with our partners... reducing time to market, increasing initial product launches, overcoming barriers and uncovering new ways to enhance existing products.

Kaysun wants the creative juices to flow.  For engineers to take a step back to brainstorm, discuss, debate and think.  We believe that great things happen when smart people get together and share, think and debate.  So, every quarter, Kaysun will facilitate one discussion topic for one hour.  Each topic offers others to learn, share, and gain insight into alternatives to consider as well as to spark renewed interest in creative product advancements and innovation in the midst of these challenging times.

Select thought leaders are invited to make time for Kaysun's Partners in Progress Program -- engineers and product development team members – one hour per quarter.  Most partners will participate via scheduled webinars, although onsite at Kaysun or at the client site are potential options as well.

A Sample of discussion topics for the Partners in Progress Program:

  • Plastic Part Design –common issues and areas to focus on when designing your product to reduce time to market and lower costs
  • Polymer Selection – the menu is big ... how to make an informed choice to ensure quality and performance while managing costs
  • Getting the Lead Out - considerations & complexities when converting from metals to plastics
  • Non Linear and Linear Analysis for Plastics – what you need to know and when to use it
  • Scientific molding – what benefits does it offer you and your business?
  • Thermoplastic part design fundamentals
